Standard UK delivery - we aim for you to receive your order within 2-3 working days but it can take 3-5 working days after your order is placed during busy periods.

Next day delivery - orders must be placed by 1pm (Mon - Fri excluding bank holidays)

Europe please allow 5-7 working days.

Rest of world please allow 7-10 working days.

For postage costs please enter your country at the checkout and the cost will be calculated.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email from us with your tracking number. The postal service we use is Royal Mail. If you haven't received an email please check your junk mail.

We are happy to EXCHANGE your Pomskii, so long as it is unworn, undamaged and in a saleable condition within 28 days.

Refunds are accepted if the item is in a saleable condition and returned within 14 days from the date you receive your goods.
